Approved Cords/Stoles

Here is a list of approved cords and stoles. No other cords or stoles will be allowed at graduation. 

Elementary and Middle and 9^th Grade School Walks

Elementary school walks are May 15th in the morning from 7:15-8:30. (Homestead and Coyote Ridge start at 7:30). Middle School walks are May 15^th at 3:15pm. Hebron 9^th Grade Walk is May 16^th during school. If you attended a school not in our feeder pattern, you can contact your school and see if they do a walk. If you attend another walk, bring a note from the school to your attendance clerk.

Senior Parent Meeting

There was a senior parent meeting April 2^nd. Here is the link to the presentation if you were not able to join us.  

Cap and Gown Orders

If you still need to order, please visit Jostens.com. Anything ordered now will be delivered directly to your home.

iPad Collection

Seniors will turn in their iPads May 7^th-9^th in the library in the mornings. Students will not be able to pick up their graduation tickets until their iPad is turned in. Please refer to this link to know what needs to be turned in.

Graduation Ticket Distribution

Students will pick up their tickets and programs May 12^th-14^th. Students will not be able to pick up their tickets if they have a hold. Holds are either because of fines, failures, technology, or loss of credit.  Students should come on the 12-14^th so if they have a hold they can try to take care of it by Friday so they can pick up on Friday the 16^th. Early grads can check in through the front office and come on one of these days to receive their tickets. 

Flash Photography

Flash Photography will be at graduation and every graduate will be photographed during the graduation ceremony. Please provide your contact information by May 10^th so that complimentary proofs from the ceremony can be mailed and emailed.
