7th Grade Immunizations

The Texas Legislature passed legislation in 2009 requiring additional immunizations for students entering 7th grade. Parents are required to provide proof of these immunizations prior to the start of school in August (2025). Students who do not have proof of these immunizations will not be permitted to attend school in August.

Required 7^th grade Immunizations:
- Two additional immunizations are required by the State of Texas for entrance into 7th grade which includes: Meningitis (meningococcal) and Tdap/Td (booster). Please take care of this over the summer.
