Hi! I'm Mrs. Marshall! I'm the music teacher at McAuliffe Elementary. This is starting my 21st year at McAuliffe. Before McAuliffe, I taught for one year in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch District at McKamy Elementary. Going backwards - I spent the 4 years before that at home with my 2 children, Sara and Ethan, while they were little. Before Sara was born I taught in Coppell ISD for eight years and then we can go all the way back to my first year of teaching in Gainesville, TX. If you did the math correctly, you found that this is the start of my 31st year of teaching music. Best gig ever!!!! 

I'm originally from Michigan, but now I live right here in Highland Village, with my jazzy husband Craig. Sara, my daughter is a dog groomer with her own business sarascissorhands.com. She is a finalist in "The Best of Denton County." Ethan is in his final semester at UNT, and will receive a bachelor's degree in business. He also manages the lumber department at Lowe's Home Improvement.  I have the sweetest rescue dog named Pepper, a kitty name Aria (yes, that's Italian for song), and a bunch of fish. I am an avid walker and reader and I love to hang out with my family.
