Monday 3/17 Mandatory After Tryout Parent/Cheerleader Meeting in TCHS cafeteria at 6:30

After Tryout Forms:  We will have copies of the forms that need to be printed at the parent meeting on 3/17. (See the Results document above for full info. These 5 forms are due by 4:30 when practice starts March 24th to be eligible to practice!)

1. Parental Release Form (This form MUST be printed and signed and stamped by a notary and turned in) 

2. Inherent Risk of Cheerleading (Digital Form)

3. 2025-2026 Photo Consent Form (Digital Form)

4. LISD Travel Form (This form MUST be printed and signed)

5. Social Media Contract (Digital Form)

Camp Forms: (These 3 camp forms as well as the updated physical (if you did not get a new one at tryouts) are due by May 7th!)
