    Welcome to CVMS Girls Athletics for the 2024-2025 School Year.  As coaches, we are very excited about this upcoming year and we look forward to working hard to have a successful year. I am including a checklist below for all students signed up for Girls Athletics in both 7th and 8th grade. Volleyball skills refresher days with be August 7-8 from 7:00-8:00 (these are not mandatory but encouraged). Volleyball tryouts will begin on the second day of school.  

     

    Creek Valley Athletic Checklist

    ❏ Athletic Physical- Must be completed before the first day of school, August 13th.  Upload to Rank One, keep the hard copy in a safe place. 

    ❏ Athletic Uniform Info- Wear uniform color shirt and black shorts until uniform is received. Running/athletic shoes required.  Last names go on uniforms.  Shirts fit as expected, most athletes choose to order big to use for 7th and 8th.

    • 7th grade Athletes- Blue uniform- Last name on back of uniform shirt. Black shorts are required with appropriate length.

    • 8th grade Athletes- Black uniform- Can re-use prior year's shirt. Black shorts are required with appropriate length. 

      • All orders are FREE delivery to Creek Valley on these dates: Orders placed between May 1 - July 24 will be delivered to CVMS by first day of school. Orders placed between July 25th - August 14 will be higher in price and will be delivered to CVMS on August 31st. At checkout make sure to put "Local Pickup at our Highland Village location"

    The Travel and Field Trip Form will also be given at the parents' meeting at the beginning of the school year, date and time are TBD.  You can email or give the completed forms to Coach Cluley.
