Mrs. Candi Blalack is proud and excited to be entering her 22nd year as a 5th grade teacher at Timber Creek!

Mrs. Blalack grew up in Carrollton, TX, graduating from Newman Smith High School. She then attended NCTC for 2 years before transferring to UNT to finish her degree in education. After graduation, Mrs. Blalack taught one year in Denton ISD as a 2nd grade teacher. The following year, she applied for a 5th grade position at Timber Creek and has been a proud member of the Tiger Family since. 

Timber Creek is truly a second family to Mrs. Blalack. She greatly treasures her position and the relationships she has made within the community over the last 2 decades as a 5th grade teacher.

Mrs. Blalack is married to Mike Blalack and together they have three children. Oldest son, Romey, is 30 and works locally in IT. Daughter, Madison, is 25 and is a manager of a dental office. The youngest son, Mason, is a 17 year old Senior at Marcus HS with a passion for football. The newest addition to the Blalack family is her precious granddaughter, Willow. As a family, they enjoy many games and outdoor activities as well as cheering on their Dallas Cowboys during football season!
