Jobs may not show up as "available" for a number of reasons, and you can check on a few things to identify the cause. First, make sure you do not limit yourself in your “Schools” preferences.

To view the "Preferred Schools" list, click Preferences in the side navigation.

Then, locate and select Schools in the side bar.

The "Schools" section includes two options at the top of the page. The first option will allow you to select all the locations where you wish to see assignments. The second list indicates the places where you do not want to see jobs. Click the radio button to alternate between these two lists. 

​You can now add or remove the necessary locations.

Click the checkboxes to identify the individual schools that you do or do not want to see (or click the All or None button to collectively add/remove all the locations in your list). 

Once you are finished, click Save to record your changes.

For more assistance with the sub system, click Sub System, scroll to the bottom and click on the Substitute folder.

Unfortunately the Sub Office is unable to reset passwords.

Please contact the Technology Department for assistance with resetting your email password. 

They can be reached at 972-350-1833  and select option 3.

Please call the campus you have agreed to sub for as soon as possible.  Let them know what time you are expecting to arrive.

Log into the sub system as soon as possible and remove yourself from the assignment. 

If it is within the 12 hours before your assignment, contact the campus secretary and sub coordinator immedaitely via email and phone. Leave a voicemail so the campus may begin looking for coverage for the class. The campus will have to remove you from the position and the system will not allow you to pick up another job until the next day.
